Terms and Conditions(Non-broker Referral)

  • 10% of 1st year revenue or complete lock-in, whichever is lower and subject to a minimum 3 months lock-in;
  • No restriction on number of individuals/organizations referred.
  • The referral fees will not be applicable on Value Added Services Revenue generated by the client for OYO WorkSpaces.
  • Payment of referral fees will be made within 30 days of the receipt of security deposit from client.


  1. How to register the referral and what information to be provided during the registration?
    You will be provided with a QR code and submission link where you can submit the required information.
    Client’s Full Name, Email ID, Phone Number, Organization Name(Optional) and City of Interest should be provided.Additional information like number of seats, preferred location in the city etc will help us to speed up the process.
  2. When will I receive my referral fees?
    Payment of referral fees will be made within 30 days of the receipt of security deposit from client.
  3. How will I get to know that my referral has been converted?
    Our Sales Representative who will complete the Sales Journey of your referral will get in touch with you after the conversion and communication will be also done through the official email IDs.
    We will send out the details of payment options to you in a follow up mail asking you the preferred mode of payment.
  4. What is included in the revenue considered for referral fees?
    Revenue is calculated as No. of Seats x price per seat per month x No. of Months of lock-in(upto 12 months). It will not include other revenues and chargeable services like customization, value added services etc.
  5. What are the offerings included in referral program?
    OYO WorkSpaces will honor the referral fees in case the client signs for Dedicated Desks or Private Cabin Seats with us.
  6. When can be your referral rejected?
    Your referral can be rejected in the following cases:
    1. Referral’s requirements are already logged into our system from other sources like website, brokers etc. This will be communicated to you within 2 working days of registering the lead.
    2. Referral is already our client in one of the centres and the lead is for the other centres and expansion.
    3. You are an OYO Employee.
